Cancellation Policy
🧹 Booking Policy Scheduling & Confirmation Booking Process: Appointments can be scheduled via our online booking system, phone, or email. Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent upon booking. Please review and confirm all details to ensure accuracy. 🧹 Cancellation Policy Disclaimer We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to serve all clients efficiently, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows or less than 6 hours cancellations may incur a full service charge. For weather-dependent services (e.g., exterior pressure washing), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for service.
